Our idea of transaction consulting involves the whole property transaction process. For instance, before each sale, we thoroughly analyze the property from the prospective buyer's point of view. We identify and solve weaknesses and sales obstacles and define the best steps to promote sales.

If we identify an opportunity for increasing the purchasing price, we will implement it for the benefit of the owner as part of our building value services.

Subsequently, we will create an electronic data room and define the marketable purchasing price.
 

When marketing real estate we prefer to directly approach suitable investors instead of throwing out a big net. On a case by case basis, we work together prfessional and reliable real estate agents to meet these goals.
